Return Policy

“The Cancellation & Refund Policy at Mercy Appliances applies to all items sold on mercyappliances.com. If a product purchased from our website meets any of the following conditions within the specified return period, it is eligible for replacement:
– The delivered product differs from the order.
– The product arrives physically damaged or defective upon opening, or if any accessories described as ‘In the Box’ are missing.”

Please Note: Any product noticed as “Damage upon Delivery” has to be reported within 4 days to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 4 days will not be accepted. Customer can drop a mail on support@mercyappliances.com for raising a complaint.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, and there is not a suitable alternative, we will inform you by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Our Support team will confirm when the refund has been processed, but it can take 6-7 working days to be visible on your statement.
